I ordered a collar from dizzydogcollars.com, the collar itself was cute enough. No big complaints there, but the whole customer service side felt weak.

I emailed them with a simple shipping question, and it took days to get a reply. When they finally answered, it was this tiny, half-baked response that barely addressed what I asked, so of course I had to message them again. Not exactly rocket science, but apparently it was a challenge.

The product turned out fine in the end, but dealing with their support made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be. I’m not sure I’d order again unless they figure out how to reply like a halfway competent business
